The COVID-19 pandemic is a public health and economic crisis. As a result, we are all feeling at least some amount of fear, stress, anxiety, and isolation. Please know that you are not alone in trying to make sense of this challenging and uncertain situation. Though it is understandable to feel overwhelmed, you do not need to suffer in silence.

Our practice is here for you during this difficult time. We provide personalized psychotherapy that is easily accessible and affordable. We recognize that now, more than ever, you need genuine support and understanding.

Though our physical office location is temporarily closed, we continue to be available via tele-therapy. This service is easy to set up, closely resembles in-person sessions, and is covered by insurance.

During the COVID-19 national emergency, we can help you:

-Cope with stress, anxiety, and fear

-Maintain structure and routine

-Control what you can in an otherwise uncontrollable situation

-Find meaning and purpose

-Stay socially connected while practicing social distancing

We are also available to help kids and parents:

-Cope with the disappointment of cancelled events and social outings

-Develop new routines

-Process current events

-Deal with family stress

Please do not hesitate to reach out for help.

-Ethan Siegel, Psy.D.
