We are seeking a clinical psychologist to join our group psychotherapy practice. This is a telehealth position with flexible work hours.

We are looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and caring psychologist to join our team. A good fit would be a psychologist who uses a humane approach in psychotherapy, values the therapeutic relationship, and understands the role of context when conceptualizing human behavior.

Responsibilities include:

​

• Providing individual psychotherapy to adults via telehealth

• Collect co-payment, deductible payments, and fees from clients

• Maintain clinical progress notes

• Attend weekly staff case consultation meeting with clinical director

• Collaborate with clinical director regarding care coordination and referrals

​

The practice will provide:

​

• Support becoming credentialed and paneled with health insurance companies

• Administrative support, including Initial screening and scheduling of clients

• Website maintenance by the clinical director

• Billing and client benefit coordination with health insurance companies. Practice will assume responsibility for procuring payment from health insurance companies. 

• Payroll administration. Clinician will be considered an employee. Practice will pay all payroll associated taxes and will administer a W2 at the end of each year.

Requirements:

• Psychologist with license to practice in Maryland or Virginia
